Paper Distribution policy

As adopted in Halifax, Canada in 2016 by the MABS Executive Committee 

  1. For each MABS symposium the complete proceedings are collected and distributed to each attendee during the symposium in paper or electronic form.

  2. Distribution of the complete proceedings for non-participants is not provided.

  3. Abstracts of each symposium (after MABS 24 only with the consent from the author) can be found in the database “SPIEZBASE” and can be downloaded for free.

  4. Single full papers can be requested from the corresponding author(s). If the author(s) is (are) not available, the EC Member of the author(s) country can be contacted.

  5. MABS Executive Committee is authorized to distribute requested full papers after consultation with the author(s). Such an issuance is free of charge for the enquirer.

  6. Paper distribution to individuals / institutions outside of the MABS participation countries, requires the assent of every MABS Executive Committee Country.
